מדיניות פרטיות של תזוז
מי אנחנו
תזוז (Tazuz, ובשם הפנימי Leeway) היא אפליקציה לאייפון. היא מפעילה Karol Billik ("אנחנו"). אנחנו הגורם שמחליט איך המידע נאסף ומשמש. יצירת קשר בנושאי פרטיות: billikkarol3@gmail.com.
הכלל הקצר
אין חשבונות, אין פרסומות ואין מעקב. המצלמה פועלת על המכשיר בלבד. היסטוריית האימונים נשמרת בטלפון. אנחנו שולחים רק נתוני שימוש אנונימיים, כולל מספר החזרות והדקות בכל אימון, ואפשר לכבות אותם.
מה נאסף
נתוני שימוש אנונימיים. האפליקציה שולחת אירועים קצרים לשירות הניתוח Mixpanel. הם עוזרים לנו להבין איפה אנשים נתקעים ומה צריך לתקן. האירועים כוללים:
- אילו מסכי הכרות (אונבורדינג) נצפו והושלמו;
- איזה מסך תשלום הוצג, איזה מסלול נבחר והאם הרכישה או השחזור הצליחו (בלי פרטי תשלום);
- סיכום אימון: סוג התרגיל, מספר החזרות והדקות שנצברו, וגם סיבה כללית כשלא נספרו חזרות (למשל, המצלמה לא אושרה);
- פתיחות של האפליקציה, מצב המנוי (ללא, ניסיון, פעיל, פג וכדומה) וכמה ימים עברו מההתקנה;
- שפת האפליקציה (עברית או אנגלית), סוג הגרסה, והאם ההתראות פועלות;
- התשובה לשאלה "איך שמעת עלינו". אם בחרתם "אחר" והקלדתם טקסט, נשלח הטקסט (עד 50 תווים, בלי ירידות שורה). אל תכתבו שם פרטים אישיים.
מזהה אקראי. Mixpanel יוצר מזהה אקראי למכשיר. זה לא מזהה הפרסום של Apple (IDFA) ולא מזהה הספק (IDFV). אין לנו דרך לקשר אותו לשם, לחשבון או לאדם. אנחנו לא מפעילים זיהוי מיקום לפי כתובת IP.
מה אנחנו אף פעם לא אוספים
- שם, אימייל, טלפון או חשבון (אין חשבונות באפליקציה);
- תמונות, וידאו או נתוני שלד מהמצלמה. הפריימים מעובדים על המכשיר ונמחקים, ואינם נשמרים או נשלחים;
- אילו אפליקציות בחרתם לחסום, כמה, או כמה זמן אתם משתמשים בהן. Apple מעבירה לאפליקציה רק אסימונים אטומים שאיננו יכולים לקרוא, ואנחנו לא שולחים שום נתון שנגזר מהם;
- מיקום, אנשי קשר, תמונות, בריאות או מזהה פרסום;
- היסטוריית האימונים. היא נשמרת במכשיר בלבד.
Mixpanel כמעבד מידע, באיחוד האירופי
Mixpanel מעבד את אירועי השימוש בשמנו. הפרויקט שלנו מוגדר לאחסון באיחוד האירופי (נקודת הקצה api-eu.mixpanel.com). אנחנו לא מוכרים את הנתונים ולא משתפים אותם לפרסום.
המתג "שיתוף נתוני שימוש אנונימיים"
בהגדרות, בחלק הפרטיות, יש מתג "שיתוף נתוני שימוש אנונימיים". הוא פועל כברירת מחדל. כשהוא כבוי, שום אירוע לא יוצא מהמכשיר, אירועים שממתינים נמחקים, והבחירה נשמרת. שום פעולה באפליקציה, כולל מנוי, לא תלויה בו.
מתחת לגיל 13
האפליקציה מיועדת לגיל 13 ומעלה. אם מצהירים בשלב הגיל שהגיל נמוך מ-13, האפליקציה מפסיקה לשלוח אירועים כבר באותו רגע, ולא תשלח אירועים נוספים מהמכשיר. הגיל עצמו לא נשמר. הורה שסבור שילד מתחת לגיל 13 משתמש באפליקציה יכול לפנות אלינו, ונסייע. מי שמתחת לגיל 18 צריך הסכמת הורה לרכישת מנוי.
איך אנחנו משתמשים במידע
רק לשיפור האפליקציה וההדרכה בה (ניתוח שימוש). לא לפרסום, לא לפרופיילינג ולא לשיווק.
כמה זמן נשמר המידע
אירועי השימוש נשמרים ב-Mixpanel כל עוד הם נחוצים לניתוח, ואפשר לבקש מאיתנו למחוק אותם. נתונים שבמכשיר (אימונים, דקות, רצף, הגדרות) נשארים עד שתמחקו אותם: בהגדרות, "מחיקת כל הנתונים", או בהסרת האפליקציה.
הזכויות שלכם
לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות, התשמ"א-1981 (כולל תיקון 13) ולפי ה-GDPR, ובמידה שהם חלים עליכם, יש לכם זכות לעיין במידע, לתקן אותו, למחוק אותו, להתנגד לעיבוד ולבקש הגבלה. אפשר גם להגיש תלונה לרשות להגנת הפרטיות. הנתונים שלנו אנונימיים, ולכן ייתכן שלא נוכל לאתר את האירועים שלכם בלי עזרתכם. הדרך המהירה ביותר: לכבות את המתג בהגדרות. לבקשות נוספות כתבו אל billikkarol3@gmail.com.
אבטחה ושינויים

Tazuz Privacy Policy
Who we are
Tazuz (internal name Leeway) is an iPhone app run by Karol Billik ("we"). We are the controller of the data described here. Privacy contact: billikkarol3@gmail.com.
The short version
No accounts, no ads, no tracking. The camera is processed on your device. Your workout history stays on your phone. We send only anonymous usage events, including the reps and minutes of each workout, and you can switch that off.
What we collect
Anonymous usage events. The app sends short events to the analytics service Mixpanel. They show us where people get stuck and what to fix. They include:
- which onboarding steps were viewed and finished;
- which paywall screen was shown, which plan was picked, and whether a purchase or restore worked (never payment details);
- a workout summary: exercise type, reps and minutes earned, and a broad reason when no reps were counted (for example, camera access was not granted);
- app opens, your subscription state (none, trial, active, ended and similar), and days since install;
- the app language (Hebrew or English), the build type, and whether notifications are on;
- your answer to "How did you hear about us?". If you choose "Other" and type text, that text is sent (up to 50 characters, on one line). Please do not type personal details there.
A random identifier. Mixpanel creates a random device ID. It is not Apple's advertising ID (IDFA) and not the vendor ID (IDFV). We cannot link it to a name, an account or a person. We do not use IP-based location lookup.
What we never collect
- Your name, email, phone number or an account (the app has no accounts);
- Photos, video or body-pose data from the camera. Frames are processed on the device and discarded. They are never stored or sent;
- Which apps you chose to block, how many, or how long you use them. Apple gives the app opaque Screen Time tokens that we cannot read, and we send nothing derived from them;
- Location, contacts, photos, health data or an advertising ID;
- Your workout history. It stays on the device.
Mixpanel, our processor, in the EU
Mixpanel processes usage events on our behalf. Our project uses EU data residency (endpoint api-eu.mixpanel.com). We do not sell this data and do not share it for advertising.
The "Share anonymous usage" switch
In Settings, in the privacy section, there is a switch called "Share anonymous usage". It is on by default. When it is off, no event leaves your device, queued events are deleted, and the choice is remembered. Nothing in the app, including your subscription, depends on it.
Under 13
The app is for people aged 13 and over. If someone says at the age step that they are under 13, the app stops sending events at that moment and sends no more from that device. The age answer itself is not stored. A parent who believes a child under 13 uses the app can contact us and we will help. People under 18 need a parent's permission to subscribe.
How we use data
Only to improve the app and its guidance (usage analytics). Not for advertising, profiling or marketing.
Retention
Usage events are kept at Mixpanel for as long as the analytics need them, and you can ask us to delete them. Data on your device (workouts, minutes, streak, settings) stays until you delete it: Settings, "Erase all data", or delete the app.
Your rights
Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741-1981 (including Amendment 13), and under the GDPR where it applies to you, you may ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to processing, or ask us to restrict it. You may also complain to the Israeli Privacy Protection Authority or your local authority. Our data is anonymous, so we may not be able to find your events without your help. The fastest control is the Settings switch. For anything else, write to billikkarol3@gmail.com.
Security and changes
We collect as little as we can and use an established provider. If we change this policy we will update the date here, and for a material change we will show a notice in the app.
