Question 1

How does Tazuz count my push-ups?

Accepted Answer

Your iPhone's camera watches your form and an on-device model counts each rep as you do it. The video is processed on your phone in real time. Nothing is recorded, saved or uploaded.

Question 2

What counts as a rep?

Accepted Answer

Full push-ups only. Half reps, knee push-ups and resting on the floor don't count. That is what makes the minutes mean something.

Question 3

How much screen time do I earn?

Accepted Answer

One push-up earns one minute by default. You can change the rate in Settings, and strict mode puts a passcode on that change so there are no shortcuts.

Question 4

Which apps can I lock?

Accepted Answer

Any app you choose through Apple's Screen Time: TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Snapchat and the rest. They stay locked until you spend minutes you earned.

Question 5

What if I can't use the camera?

Accepted Answer

Honor mode lets you count reps by tapping. Honor reps earn half the usual minutes, up to 10 minutes a day.

Question 6

What if I really need an app right now?

Accepted Answer

You get one emergency unlock a day, worth 5 minutes. It doesn't touch your earned balance.

Question 7

Which devices and countries?

Accepted Answer

Tazuz runs on iPhone with iOS 26 or later. It launches in Israel first.

Question 8

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Tazuz is a subscription. The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial, and you can cancel any time in your Apple ID settings.
